What are Fairy Orbs?
A Fairy Orb is a handcrafted glass pendant, made individually by artist Moneca with care, creativity, and prayer. No two are alike — each one is shaped by the materials chosen, the story behind it, and the hands that made it.
The spherical form has long been associated with wholeness, eternity, and beauty across many artistic and spiritual traditions. For Fairy Orbs, the round shape is chosen for its aesthetic qualities and its symbolic resonance — not because the orb itself possesses any power or property.
To enjoy your Fairy Orb, hold it in your hands for 30 seconds to a minute to warm it with your body heat, or wear it close to your heart, then flip it upside down to watch the glitter fall. It's a small, quiet moment — a chance to pause, breathe, and be present.
Fairy Orbs are water and resin-reinforced, making them durable for everyday wear in any environment.
What are Fairy Orbs used for?
Fairy Orbs can also be used as a "sensory accessory" or calming tool to promote mindfulness, love and peace. Worn around your neck, on a keychain, or zipper-pull, you can take them with you everywhere you go. Disconnect from the outside world to look deep inside the glass on your own personal treasure hunt.
How did Fairy Orbs start?
Above is the first Fairy Orb ever made.
I used to work in the automotive corporate world as an on-going sales trainer. My team consisted of only women so I wanted to make something special for my team that not only meant something but that they could look at and be reminded about the great times we had. Sometimes we would do breathing exercises or take a mindful minute when things were stressful. Making my trainees laugh and telling stories was one of things I loved and enjoyed the most so I wanted to make our whole team something special. I knew how to write on rice so I wanted to make them all a keepsake just like those ones you get in Mexico. I thought to myself I'll make them pendants and write their names on a grain of rice!
They turned out nice but lacked any holographic elements and treasures. But after years of testing, trial and error they are now stronger, and more captivating than ever before! Imported holographic glitter from around the world, exclusive treasures, tiniest printed decals on some pieces.
Are they Fragile?
Yes however, Fairy Orbs are reinforced with resin while still maintaining that glass-like-shine making them resistant to breakage. They are durable for the younger souls but can be coated less times as well. It's personal preference.
What age range are they meant for?
Ideally Fairy Orbs are best suited for ages as young as 7+ however we are honoured to be able to create something special for your baby Fairies too! Please contact us for more details.

Do you have Fairy Orbs for men?
YES! Fairy Orbs are not gender specific but rather are made for each individual person. They can be created with natural stones inside and symbols instead of glitter for a more masculine feel.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Each Fairy Orb is handcrafted with care and intention. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During peak seasons or for custom requests, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Time:
Within Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
United States: 10–20 business days after dispatch
International: 15–30 business days depending on customs and carrier delays
All orders are shipped via tracked mail whenever possible. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Local pickup in Calgary, AB may be available by request.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Moneca@fairyorbs.ca. We'll review the issue and, when applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Because each Fairy Orb is individually handcrafted and often customized, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange for another item of equal value, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on inventory and materials.
